As previously announced, the 38th Annual Outstanding Vocational Technical Student Award will be held at Mechanics Hall on Thursday, April 11th. As you are aware, this award recognizes those students whose scholastic and vocational technical achievements have significantly contributed to their local school district and thus, to the total vocational technical education delivery system in the Commonwealth.
