Minuteman Regional proudly announces that MASC honored veteran Minuteman School Committee member representing the town of Stowe, Alice DeLuca, as an All-State School Committee member.

Alice has been a School Committee member for 30 years. She began working to improve schools through service to Nashoba Regional in 1996-2001, where she served on and led several subcommittees, and then at Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical starting in 2002.

A member of the two regional districts’ building committees, she worked with towns to win project approval and chaired the Nashoba renovation effort and was a key player in ensuring Minuteman’s regional agreement was revised to support its MSBA building project. Door opened in the fall of 2019.

She has been tapped to represent parents on several state advisory committees, including the New Skills for Youth State Team, the Vocational Technical Education Advisory Council to the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the Carl D. Perkins Massachusetts State Plan Consultation Committee.

Alice holds a Master’s in Education in Special Education and contributes additional expertise in non-profit and private sector operations and proposal management.
