We are pleased to share this email from MAVA Executive Director Steve Sharek some awesome news from our colleagues at South Shore Regional Vocational Technical in Hanover. A bright and wonderfully exciting future for generations of students that will attend an outstanding Chapter 74 vocational technical school.

Huge win today for Superintendent Tom Hickey and his team at South Shore Tech!
The district-wide vote in favor of building a new school was overwhelming.
The project won by an unofficial total of 6,634 (77.7%) for “YES” to 1,906 (22.3%) for “NO”.
The “YES” side carried the day in all 9 member towns by convincing margins.
