| Dear MAVA Members and Partners,
We are writing to share an important update regarding the 2026 Connecting for Success Conference.
Due to extended school calendars across Massachusetts this year resulting from winter weather, the conference schedule has been adjusted.
The new conference dates are Monday, June 29 and Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Assabet Valley Technical High School. These dates replace the previously announced June 24–25 schedule.
To accommodate the later end to the school year for many districts, all Pre-Conference sessions will now run concurrently with the main conference sessions rather than taking place earlier.
This year’s conference theme is “Skill Shift: Preparing Today’s Students for Tomorrow’s Trades.” The event will bring together vocational and technical education leaders from across Massachusetts to share ideas, innovations, and best practices.
As a reminder, we are currently seeking presenters to share innovative programs, partnerships, and strategies that support vocational and technical education. If you have expertise or a successful initiative to share with colleagues, we encourage you to submit a proposal here. Presenter proposals are due April 17, 2026.
Additional details about conference registration and the full program will be shared soon.
