We are excited to share the wonderful news that MassCTE is honoring State Representative Adam Scanlon and Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Timothy P. Murray. They have been selected as the 2026 recipients of MassCTE’s most prestigious annual awards; Harold L. Pride Award and Marcus Ashley III Presidential Leadership Award, respectively.
We sincerely hope that many MAVA members will plan to attend the Awards Banquet. It will be held at Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel on Saturday, March 28th, 2026. Banquet reception: 5:30-6:30, followed by awards dinner at 6:30. Additional information and registration may be found below.

MassCTE is honored to announce that State Representative Adam Scanlon and Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Timothy P. Murray have been selected as the 2026 recipients of our most prestigious annual awards; Harold L. Pride Award and Marcus Ashley III Presidential Leadership Award, respectively.
Both awardees are being recognized for their tireless leadership and their commitment to improving and expanding access to address the seat shortage, and for supporting legislation that ensures a thoughtful, strategic approach to improving access to high-demand vocational technical education. Their leadership ensures we maintain the high standards that ensures fair and equitable access to all students and prepares our students for success – whether they are entering the workforce immediately or pursuing further educational opportunities. |
