Blue Hills Regional Technical School Conducts Spring Advisory Board Dinner & Meeting.

Friends of Chapter 74 Vocational Technical & Agricultural Education,

Our MAVA colleague Superintendent Jill Rossetti at Blue Hills Regional Technical School posted this outstanding LinkedIn message concerning the school’s Spring Advisory Board Dinner & Meeting.

One of the important aspects of Chapter 74 programs are their connection to business & industry. As required by regulation, each individual vocational technical program maintains an Advisory Board and must meet with them a minimum of twice per school year.

Excited for our Spring Advisory Board Meeting and Dinner!

Grateful for the hard work and dedication of so many who made this event possible: our Vocational Director Ms. Sylvia, her administrative assistant Ms. Kewer,

Emcee Poliseno, Business Manager Ms. Brillante, our master teachers, advisory board members, students, administrators, Advisory Board Chair Linda Wirta, District School Committee members, maintenance and custodians, Culinary Arts for the delicious soup, sandwiches, appetizers, and dessert trays, IT Director, student ambassadors, and Mr. Eisan along with our cafeteria staff for their exceptional service.

The program focused on industry credentials, proposed admission changes from DESE, student success, our NEASC update, Artificial Intelligence and the exploratory process.

A great night was had by all.
