RSTA Culinary Arts Instructor Rick McKinney was named ProStart Educator of the Year by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association at the Massachusetts ProStart Invitational (MAPSI) last month.

Each state selects one educator for state recognition that is also considered for national recognition through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Chef Rick has taught at RSTA for 20 years in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality program and is committed to student success. He has collaborated with ProStart for many years.
