Bay Path Honors Women Alumni During Women’s History Month

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School paid tribute to the outstanding women who have passed through its halls, showcasing their journeys and accomplishments. The school marked the entire month of March by highlighting select female alumni from each vocational technical area in a special gallery walk displayed in the library.

Students and faculty were invited to view large, vibrant posters created by the school’s Graphic Communication students. These posters featured inspiring stories of the selected alumni, highlighting their paths after graduation, words of wisdom for current Bay Path students, favorite memories from their time at the school, and their graduation year and technical program association. Each day, the morning announcements shared the story of a different alumni, giving the entire student body a glimpse into the diverse and impactful careers these women have built.

On March 25th, some of the selected alumni returned to Bay Path for a special reunion. The day included a guided tour of the school, a chance to reconnect with their former technical programs, and a lunch at the HillTop restaurant, prepared and presented by the talented students of the Culinary department. The event was a heartwarming opportunity for the alumni to see firsthand the changes at the school and for current students to hear personal accounts of what they can achieve after graduation, whether entering the workforce or continuing their education.

Thiscelebrationnotonlyhonoredthe achievements of Bay Path’s women alumni but also served as a reminder of the bright futures awaiting the students currently walking the same halls.
