Somerville High School Boston Bruins/ Bosch Tools Collaboration
The Somerville High School Carpentry students teamed up with Bosch Tools and The Boston Bruins Foundation to create furniture built out of Bruins used hockey sticks. Bosch Tools donated over $7500.00 worth of tools to build the furniture, The Boston Bruins Foundation donated the used Bruins hockey sticks, and the students created an adirondack chair, side table and 2 beverage caddys. These items have several autographs of current players on them. The adirondack chair has 4 signatures on the blades, Hampus Lindholm, Pavel Zacha, Charlie McAvoy and Charlie Coyle along with 2 Jeremy Swayman sticks on the sides. The pucks on the table and beverage caddys are signed by Brad Marchand, David Krejci, Matt Grzelcyk and Patrice Bergeron. The beverage caddys have #1 Jeremy Swayman stick across the top of both caddys.
