SESSION FORMAT
All sessions must be 50-minutes in length. Examples include:

<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>40-minute session with 10 minutes for discussions, questions, & answers
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>40-minute carousel activity with 10 minutes for discussions, questions, & answers
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>50-minute professional learning community/job alike discussion
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Double session (allotted 110 minutes)
AVAILABILITY
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>I will present multiple sessions on Wednesday (6/26)

SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS
As a conference speaker, you will be expected to:
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Use materials and language that do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, physical and intellectual differences/ability, or sexual orientation
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Provide your own presentation materials, handouts, and resources for distribution to participants
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Provide your specific presentation availability
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Detail the classroom space needed for your presentation
<![if !supportLists]>· <![endif]>Understand there is no stipend associated with your presentation. A certificate of presentation hours will be awarded to you after the conference has closed.
COMPENSATION
Presenters will receive a certificate detailing presentation hours. The certificate can be turned into schools for professional development points (MAVA does not issue professional development points).
