Dear MassCTE Colleagues & Friends,
After careful consideration and consultation with our planning team, a decision has been made to cancel our November 18th "State of CTE in MA" event.
This decision, not made lightly, was due to the date conflicting with the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference, as well as the weekend before Thanksgiving break, which resulted in lower attendee registrations than anticipated. These concerns and others will be taken into consideration as we continue to pursue year-round connection activities, and look forward to your continued support of future events.
The topics, presentations, and exhibitors initially planned for our fall event will be incorporated into our upcoming MassCTE Conference, Leadership, & Awards Banquet – scheduled for April 5th & 6th, 2024.
We apologize for the inconvenience in how this change may have impacted your plans. We truly value your understanding and support as we work towards making our spring conference the best one yet. Refunds will be provided to all registered attendees. All checks received from PO’s that have not yet been deposited will be returned to the school.
Stay tuned for exciting updates to come regarding:
- Revisions to our student awards process (applications soon to be released);
- Release of the "Save the Date" poster for our 91st Annual MassCTE Conference, Leadership, & Awards Banquet;
- Updates to our 2023-2024 Executive Board members;
- Opportunities for professional development and leadership activities.
Exhibitors:
If you would like to reserve your spot for our spring conference, we will move your registration info to our April conference and hold the price & terms provided from your fall registration. If unable to do so at this time, we will process your refund.
Thank you for your understanding and support, and we are excited to see you all in April!
Best Regards,
Brian Cummings
