We are excited to share that the 2023-2024 MassCTE Awards applications are now open, and available electronically. Links to the online forms are posted below.
Please submit all award applications by Friday, January 19th, 2024.

We have made a few changes to the awards offerings and selection process. We are going to award the top winner from each chapter rather select one from the four chapter finalists. There are no clear additional criteria to separate a finalist from the four chapter finalists. Therefore, they are exceptionally equal. As more students will be recognized for their accomplishments in their trade, we have omitted the "Non-Traditional Student" award. The "New Teacher" and "Friend of Career & Technical Education" awards have not changed.
Based on your feedback from previous years, we want to make our awards and banquet celebration more student centered, as well as provide equal opportunities for the smaller chapters that have less schools (therefore naturally less entries).
We are asking that the schools of the award winners consider providing overnight accommodations if they are necessary for travel purposes. This change will allow us to provide scholarships to the additional award winners. The accommodations provided in the past were intended for when we held our conference at the cape, off-season. Freeing up these funds allows us to provide scholarships to each of our award winners.

Our MassCTE Conference Ad Book Cover Design Contest is being converted to an electronic submission process, so please stand by for that form to be released. I will send a separate email.
