We are pleased to announce a Chapter 74 vocational technical student was recognized in the 2022-2023 Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth (MPY) annual Poster Project. The theme of this year’s Poster and Public Service Project was “The Earth Loves You. Love it Back.” The project endeavors to create and sustain an environment where all students can participate in school peacefully. There were 441 total entries in all divisions.
The first-place entry at the high school level was submitted by Alex Petraglia of Nashoba Valley Technical High School in Westford. The winning entry is copied below.

Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth Announces Winners of Annual Poster Project
The first-place entry at the high school level was submitted by Alex Petraglia of Nashoba Valley Technical High School in Westford.
Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth (MPY) is proud to announce that nine students from across the Commonwealth have been chosen as winners of this year’s annual poster project.
There were 324submissions made by students from 47 school districts this year. MPY has hosted the poster project since 2009 to engage students on important topics and provide a platform for their voices.
The theme for the 2022-2023 project, “The Earth Loves You. Love it Back”, was focused on the continued movement to be green and sustainable, and it challenged students to cover topics such as reducing paper consumption, saving electricity, educating others on sustainable development goals and planting trees.
